MW. understands this dilemma all too well –we have experienced it too – and we are here to help you get organised by picking a business idea that is most suited to you and solves a problem.

Idea-To-Launch

  • Our ‘idea-to-launch’ programme is all about you! The first step is to focus on knowing your story, your goals, and your vision. We also look to understand what influences you – past + present – and take this information to create a solid foundation on which you can build your business. Our aim throughout this process is to:

    • Help you build a small business that you love and that is uniquely yours.

      We strongly believe you can only accomplish this by looking internally rather than copying what is already out there.

  • The second phase of our ‘idea-to-launch’ programme is focused on the following:

    • Developing your big idea. We believe that to be a successful small business owner, you must have a structure that functions outside who you are as the owner.

  • Congratulations. You now have a small business on your hands! This last phase of the ‘idea-to-launch’ journey focuses on ensuring that everything we have put in place works as intended.

    • MW. have composed a checklist on how to test + prioritise your business ideas in order of importance.

      We have realised that a great way to arrange your ideas is by analysing 'why' each idea is important to you and why you want to attain it. This simple activity will help you separate great ideas from time-wasting ones and keep you focused. MW has composed a simple checklist you can use when you get distracted by too many business ideas or what to pursue first. The checklist will help eliminate anything that does not align with who you are or where you want to be.

  • You could do it alone, and if this is the state of mind that you are currently in, then we highly encourage you to do that. The ‘idea-to-launch’ programme is formulated for women who are ready to take action with the guarantee that in a few stages, their business idea will be launched and available for their ideal customer. Through this process, you will learn from our years of experience, mistakes and insights with the added bonus of being guided by MW through each stage.
