Our ‘idea-to-launch’ programme is all about you! The first step is focused on knowing your story, your goals, and your vision. We also look to understand what influences you – past + present – and take this information to create a solid foundation on which you can build your business. Our aim throughout this process is to:

• Help you build a small business that you love and is uniquely yours.

  We strongly believe you can only accomplish this by looking internally rather than copying what is already out there.

The second phase of our ‘idea-to-launch’ programme is focused on:

• Developing your big idea. We stand by the belief that to be a successful small business owner, you must have a structure that functions outside of who you are as the owner.

Congratulations. You now have a small business on your hands! This last phase of the ‘idea-to-launch’ journey focuses on ensuring that everything we have put in place works as intended.

  We have identified that there are many anxieties associated with working a full-time job and wanting to start your own small business.
